The pools were properly heated. The sea and coral reefs were BEAUTIFUL!!! The beach was perfect for sunbathing. Staff were consistently friendly and professional.
The buffet area is too small. It is also poorly laid out. People push in and jump ques. I bypassed the buffet every day for these reasons.

the hotel had lots of food choices i liked that. i found the rooms were close to the pool too that was handy. i saw an amazing view of the reef from my room it was very pretty.
i would not say my room was a five star room i felt it was worn. the bathroom seemed very old i did not like that. the buffet area was also too small i found it a free for all.

the buffet area felt small and crowded during peak hours queues formed quickly. my room lacked soundproofing and noise from neighboring rooms was audible.
